Performance Recovery Massage

Designed for runners, golfers, tennis players, basketball players, football players, HYROX athletes, and active adults, this targeted session focuses on muscle recovery, mobility, flexibility, and performance enhancement. Combining sports massage techniques, deep tissue work, and assisted stretching, this treatment helps reduce soreness, improve range of motion, and prepare your body for peak performance.
About me
I specialize in treating medical conditions and improving overall health and wellness. I tailor each session to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve mobility and flexibility. My treatments are non-invasive with sustaining results.
With more of the population suffering from chronic pain conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and migraine headaches, my 13 years of practice and additional training have equipped me to use various modalities that best serve each client's individual needs.
